Call First For Active Water
If water is entering now, call (623) 283-1450 before filling out a long message. A short call helps the assigned contractor sort the roof type, leak location, gate access, safety issues, and whether temporary protection is needed before a permanent tile, foam, flashing, or exterior tie-in repair is scheduled.
Do not climb onto wet tile, hot foam, or a storm-damaged roof for better pictures. Move belongings away from the leak path, keep people away from wet electrical fixtures, and take safe interior photos if you can.
